This memorial website was created to remember our dearest Adelle Russell who was born in Beaufort County, N.C., United States on November 1, 1918 to Ed and Bettie McFarland and adopted in 1921 to Ethel and Harvey Waters.  She is preceded in death by her husband Charles M. Russell and grand-daughter, Charlotte V. Carrow, grandson Kenny Russell, and daughter Susan Merrick.  Her surviving relatives are her children,  Jimmie R. Carrow, Grand Bay, Al, and Ladelle M. Talley, Bremerton,WA, along with her grandchildren Heather Barr, Beaufort, SC, Tabatha Byerly, Norfolk, Va, Christian Kyser, Poulsbo, Wa and Jeff Magill, Glendale, AZ are among her surviving family members.  She also has many nieces and nephews along with 7 great grand-children Anthony Kyser, Chris Kyser, Nicki Kyser, Caitlyn Kyser, Lauren Kyser, Kenyon Kyser, and Brayden Magill. You will live forever in our memories and hearts.
